Full time porter need for high-rise condominium in Alexandria , located near Shirlington. Assignments include maintaining common areas both inside and outside of building. Responsible for some grounds upkeep including watering plants, and snow removal. Miscellaneous projects such as painting, minor repairs, and assisting maintenance staff are also required. Must be courteous, flexible, professional, and must be fluent in English. A general knowledge for use of hand tools, and own transportation is required, as well as the expertise to lift at least 50 lbs.
