They are looking to upgrade the talent of the accounting/finance function and are looking to hire a new Controller / Chief Financial Officer to direct the group finances and report to the owners. Assignments includeLead all aspects of the groups financial planning and accounting as well as its relationship with lending institutions and shareholders.Oversee and directs the preparation of the corporation's annual reports. Manage all upgrade enhancements to IT, policies / procedures, documentation, monthly accounting cycle Direct the cash management of all related entities. Appraise the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on financial stability, liquidity, and growth. Direct the establishment of both construction and operating budgets. Coordinate tax reporting programs. Coordinate investor relations activities. Coordinate insurance programs Analyze operational issues impacting the institution determining their financial impact. Evaluate business partnering opportunities.
