Comfortable Couch with Pull-Out bed! Free slipcover in Alexandria, VA

Lived-in, but comfortable couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed! Sleeper sofa has seen a lot of love, but is in pretty good condition! Only reason I am getting rid of it is that I am moving in with a roommate who already has a furniture set. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home!
