I am currently relocating out of state and looking for someone (female) to take over my room in a cute two bedroom/2 bath apartment located off 395 at rt 7 in Alexandria. Rent is $947 per month plus utilities - typically about $150 including cable. Current roommate is a clean, quiet, responsible professional in her early 30s. The room is approximately 12ft by 14ft with two closets in the room and one in the outside hallway. Bathroom is detached but not shared. Bedroom is unfurnished. I have loved living in the apartment and am sad to give it up. The complex is in a convenient location, perfect for anyone commuting into DC/Alexandria/Arlington/Falls Church. There is a roof top deck with grills and a view of Washington, DC.
